Paramilitary Forces, Defence Academies And Strategic Establishments
Twenty-eight years of networks, secure infrastructure, command environments and surveillance for Indian defence establishments. We work inside the clearances, registrations and approvals each programme calls for, and where a requirement needs a credential we do not hold, we say so before the bid rather than after it.
Availability when the conditions are against you. A system that works in a demonstration and fails when the link, the power or the environment turns is not available. We design for the degraded case first: what the site still does when the connection drops, what the room still shows when a source fails, and what the contracted time to restore actually is. Remote and field connectivity, resilient power and ruggedised networks are specified to the conditions, not to a catalogue.
An information boundary you can point at. Classification, separation, access control and removable-media handling cannot be retrofitted once a system is live. We build the segmentation and the access paths into the design, and we document what sits where so the boundary is a drawing rather than an assurance.
A shorter path from sensor to decision. Delay has consequence here. We build command environments from the operator outward: the wall and the processing behind it, the consoles a duty officer sits at through a night shift, the feeds arriving from the field, and the workflow that carries an event to action. Surveillance, networking and the room are designed as one system because they fail as one.
A platform you can keep running. Spares, obsolescence, patching and configuration control decide whether a system is available in year six. Every handover includes an as-built set, certification results and a device register with support end dates, so the sustainment plan is written before the warranty runs out.
We work alongside the master system integrators. Defence and strategic programmes are frequently delivered through an MSI, and we have worked as the technology partner inside those structures with organisations such as BEL, TCIL and RailTel, and with private integrators including L&T and NCC. We can be engaged through the MSI on your programme or carry the technology scope directly, whichever the procurement route requires.
Engage SECCOM to write the acceptance test for a command environment before it is tendered. It costs the establishment nothing, it makes every technical bid comparable on the same terms, and it is the document the finished room is accepted against.
Where we are useful. Networking, Cybersecurity, Data Centre, Command Centre and Surveillance & Security, brought together as one commissioned and documented outcome. Secure, reliable and supportable, at the spend the consequence justifies.
