India is building public digital infrastructure faster than at any point in its history. AI compute under the IndiaAI Mission. City operations centres under the Smart Cities Mission. Digital courtrooms under eCourts Phase III. Stations rebuilt under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme. Departments are often running two or three of these inside the same budget cycle, and each lands as a programme that has to work on the day it is inspected.

Data centres for the national compute push. As the IndiaAI Mission expands compute capacity and departments modernise National and State Data Centres alongside MeghRaj, the constraint is rarely the servers. It is the room: how many kilowatts a rack can actually take, whether the fibre and the fabric can carry it, and what happens on DG. SECCOM builds white space, structured fibre, racks, containment and resilient power, the leaf-spine fabric above it, and the segmentation and monitoring around it. SECCOM builds the infrastructure the workload runs on.

Command centres that hold under pressure. An Integrated Command and Control Centre is where a city sees itself, and it is judged on a bad night rather than a good one. SECCOM designs and builds these rooms from the operator outward: the video wall and the processing behind it, the consoles a duty officer sits at for eight hours, the feeds arriving from the field, and the workflow that carries an event from arrival to action. The camera networks, the field connectivity and the room's own resilience are part of the same design, because they fail as one system.

Courtrooms where every word is heard. Under eCourts Phase III, a hearing has to be as clear to the judge on screen as to counsel in the room. SECCOM measures the acoustics before specifying a single microphone, then builds the video conferencing, the audio and the campus connectivity and segmentation behind it. A room that was designed against measured numbers is a room that still works in its third year.

Stations and airports that keep people moving. Station redevelopment under the Amrit Bharat Station Scheme and continued airport expansion bring the same set of problems at public scale: connectivity across a live site, surveillance that produces usable footage, passenger information and public address that reach every platform, and a control room that sees all of it. SECCOM delivers these as one programme rather than four contracts, within the approvals each authority requires.

Defence establishments. SECCOM works with defence establishments on networking, security, data centre and command environments, inside the clearances, registrations and approvals each programme calls for. Where a requirement needs a credential SECCOM does not hold, SECCOM says so before the bid rather than after it.

We work alongside the master system integrators. Large government programmes usually run through an MSI, and we have spent years as the technology partner inside those structures. On the public sector side that means working with organisations such as BEL, TCIL, RailTel, EdCIL and HITES, and on the private side with L&T, NCC and Ahluwalia. If your programme is already routed through an MSI, we can come in through them. If it is not, we can carry the technology scope directly.

Engage SECCOM to inventory the technology of one district office, at no cost. What is installed, what is still under support, what loses OEM support inside two budget years, and what can integrate with what. One office is usually enough to show the shape of the rest.

What SECCOM hands over. An as-built drawing set, certification results for every link, a list of every feed and the department that owns it, and a device register with serial numbers and support end dates. On an SITC scope that is the testing and commissioning evidence, and it is what the O&M years are measured against afterwards.
